Here's the example of my service.
Meet Alex
Alex is a 35-year-old project manager. He works out three times a week, eats reasonably well, and feels fine. The problem isn't that something's broken — it's that he knows he's plateaued. He wants to be sharper, more focused, and more efficient at the gym and at work, so he can spend more time with his family.
Step 1 — Intake Form
Alex fills out an online form covering health history, current training, daily schedule, nutrition, and goals. This gives me the partial picture before we ever speak.
Step 2 — 30-Minute Zoom Call
We meet virtually. I ask follow-up questions based on Alex's form — looking at how his training is structured, where his energy dips during the day, what his recovery looks like, what he struggle with and what he wants to improve. The goal is finding what's limiting his results, and what he truly wants to improve.
Step 3 — In-Person Session (60-90min)
I come to Alex's home and walk through what I found. In his case: his training lacks progressive structure, and his afternoon energy crash is tied to meal timing and poor recovery between sessions. I explain the research behind each connection, then present a tailored plan — adjusted training, simple nutrition timing changes, productivity shifts, and a recovery strategy that fits his schedule.
Step 4 — Walk Away With a Plan
Alex leaves with a personalized handout and action plan — not generic advice, but specific, evidence-based adjustments built around his life. Small changes, bigger results.
For someone like Alex — working on three connected lifestyle changes at once — a single session is a strong start, but lasting change usually needs follow-through. The 5-session package adds weekly check-ins to refine the plan, track progress, and make the new habits stick.
I'm a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist who used to spend hours in the gym getting mediocre results.
I was shy, introverted, low on focus, low on energy. The standard advice — train harder, eat cleaner, sleep more — wasn't working. So during my undergraduate thesis, I started reading the actual research. Not headlines. The studies themselves.
Then I started applying what they said.
Within a year, I was stronger while training less, sleeping deeper, and — most surprising to me — running workshops and genuinely enjoying public speaking. The shy kid was gone.
That experience revealed something frustrating: most of the research that could meaningfully improve people's lives sits unread in academic journals. I decided to do something about it. If there's solid research on it — strength, sleep, energy, focus, stress, habits, chronic conditions — I help you put it to work.
How I work differently
Most wellness programs ask you to push harder and want it more. The research is clear that this is the wrong target. Willpower isn't the bottleneck. The system around you is. My job is to redesign that system so the changes you want become the default, not the goal.
Every program is built around your health, your schedule, and how you actually live. I come to your home or workplace anywhere in Kelowna.
I work with you if:
You're managing a chronic condition and want training built for your physiology, not a generic gym program
You're a busy professional who's tried the apps, programs, and willpower — and noticed none of it stuck
You lead a team and want them performing well without burning out
